*Are there any other fees/costs?
Yes please see *Additional Usage Costs below. Everytime you make a call or send a message there is a nominal cost associated with that that is charged to your wallet. You can add a balance to your wallet or have it autofill if it gets too low.
How long does it take to get setup?
You can start using your account right away. You will receive login details right after signing up. However you will not be able to use the SMS feature just yet. The SMS part of setup is getting your account approved to send text messages. This usually takes 7-10 days if you use us to do the application.
Is there training on how to use the system?
Yes, as soon as you sign up you will be given access to a full onboarding and training course that you can watch on demand.
In addition we have weekly training and support calls that any user can join.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes but only on the Pro Plan or higher. We have a few more customizations we have to make on your account for each of those plans which is why we charge a setup fee.
